Submit survey on behalf of a customer

Sometimes, a customer will reply to your survey email with their answers, instead of completing the form.

If you'd like to capture their response, you can submit the survey on their behalf. Because the survey links are unique to each customer, anyone with access to a customer's unique link can respond to the survey.

If the survey link is accessible from the email reply, simply:

  1. Click on the link and open the survey in your browser.
  2. Fill out the survey with their answers.
  3. Hit "Submit".
