Managing Users

To manage users, click on the Manage License option on the Products page.

Adding Users

To add users, navigate to the Users page of the license management section. Then, click on Add User.

On the Add User view, enter your new user details. 

Users can be added to products with different roles for each product. The roles have the following permissions:

  1. Manager - Full ability to create, edit, or delete Dev Ideas, Suggestions, Customers, etc.
  2. Contributor - Ability to create Suggestions and Customers, but they can not create Themes or add items to Themes. View-only access to Dev Ideas, Product Survey Responses, etc.
  3. Viewer - View-only access to all data associated with your product.

On the Details page, you can see how many Products and Users are remaining on your License.
